The Cottages--under construction 2024
The five solar cottages (aka "tiny homes") have a mix of accommodations. Two cottages have a "dorm" style bedroom with an ensuite bath and 2 bunk beds, so 4 people can share a cottage with great room, kitchen, and office area. Three cottages have a King bed for single or couple occupancy.
The Pavilion--under construction 2024
The Pavilion is a beautiful 20 x 40 foot structure that is ideal for outdoor dining, dancing, reception events, lectures, impromptu sing alongs, weddings, reunions, and outdoor yoga, meditation, and other body work. It can accommodate 70 to 80 guests for dining, and 120 guests for reception/cocktail style events.

Julian Ranch currently accommodates 20 people overnight and up to 52 people overnight by July 2024. The Ranch can host up to 250 for outdoor events.
