Single Day (Event) Rate for Unlimited Guests: $5,000
3 Day Rate for 10 Guests: $12,000 + $250/night per additional guest up to 20 total guests.
4 Day Rate for 10 Guests: $15,000 + $250/night per additional guest up to 20 total guests.
7 Day Rate for 10 Guests: $24,500 + $250/night per additional guest up to 20 total guests.
Stays of a duration other than 3, 4, or 7 days may be available upon request for an additional charge.
Chef prepared meals are available and can be included for an additional $50/day, per person.*

We require a 50% reservation deposit at the time of booking for the dates you want to reserve, subject to our Cancellation Policy on the Terms and Conditions page.
Four (4) weeks prior to check in we require the balance in full of the reservation fee, plus the cleaning and maintenance fees.
If you are booking four (4) weeks (28 days) or less from check-in, payment in full is required.
When you book at Julian Ranch, you agree to pay for any/all damages done to Ranch property during your stay. You must leave a credit card authorization on file for that purpose. A complete inventory of the contents of each Ranch building and outdoor space will be sent to you with check in information.
The security deposit is to ensure that your guests treat the Ranch with care when they are there. Other guests will come after you and we must make certain they have the same beautiful and functional environment to use as you do.
Once we receive your full payment, you will be sent a Welcome email with check in information and unique gate codes to the two (2) Ranch gates.
These codes will be good for the duration of your stay, and will expire at checkout time. You will be given contact information for our Concierge staff and for Property Management. You will also be given local Emergency Services numbers.
If you have an emergency, please immediately call 911 and/or the Emergency Services numbers in your Welcome email.
Our Concierge staff is located remotely. You can reach us by email, text, and phone from 9 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time every day of the week. After hours, you can call or text the Property Management number in your Welcome email.
You may see our Property Management and Maintenance staff from time to time while you are at the ranch. They will be in clearly marked Julian Ranch uniforms and vehicles.
Our property and maintenance staff will not interact with you or your guests. The ranch is 166 acres with multiple accommodations and ranch buildings. It requires regular maintenance to function optimally.
We are a phone call away if needed, but nowhere around if not.
We work closely with you and your event planners and providers as needed. Although we are happy to recommend professionals to help with your event, Julian Ranch does not provide event planning or provision services. We are a venue only.
The facilities of the Ranch are yours to enjoy for the duration of your stay.
